It is 0.25 PRCY per audited PoS block and there can be between 59 and 65 PoS blocks audited by the PoA miner (roughly once an hour) which means each rewards can be between 14.75 and 16.25 PRCY.

Before the Hard Fork, it was 0.5 coins per audited PoS block so rewards were between 29.5 and 32.5 PRCY.
