PRCY is a project without an ico, no fund raising. We want to stay away from the discussions to become a security. We need value to grow in means of development and pay our running costs. A pre mine is a solution to get the means to compensate third party costs or salaries, marketing and create liquidity in exchanges, I refer to the allocation we made in the wp. Without a premine we did not exist and accomplished all we did.
