I understand that this is frustrating. Usually after a automated computer restart (like windows updates), a wallet crash or force close, the database or wallet.dat will be corrupted.
Usually this will require you to either restore from a backed up wallet.bak file or to use your 24 word recovery phrase to recover your wallet. You may also have to bootstrap wallet as part of this process.
